(WBNG Binghamton) Mark your calendars for the Binghamton Zoo's Easter Eggstravaganza event on Saturday, March 30th and Sunday, March 31st.

The Binghamton Zoo opens for our first event of our 138th season from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm both days. Ticket booth closes at 3:00 pm.

The Easter Bunny hopped into the zoo hiding eggs around our grounds in hopes that children of all ages would come out to find them!

Upon arrival, kids will pick up their Easter bag, and head into the zoo trying to locate colored eggs hidden in baskets scattered throughout the zoo. After finding the eggs, bring them to the Education Center and exchange them for candy and prizes!

For the youngest visitors under the age of 4, there will be a special egg hunt for them to enjoy.

In addition to the egg hunt, there will be crafts, games, and face painting. Kids will be able to have their photo taken with one of our very own Easter bunnies here at the zoo for a small fee.

Admission for Easter Eggstravaganza is $5.00 for members and $7.00 for non-members. Join the Binghamton Zoo as we begin to celebrate our 138th season of operation!
