Around the Tiers: Entrepreneur's Day Conference

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The American Society for Quality (ASQ) will host the 2013 Entrepreneur's Day Conference on Saturday, Nov. 16 at the American Civic Association.

The conference is from 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. at 131 Front Street, Binghamton. The theme of the event is "Innovation Through Entrepreneurship."

The day-long conference is for new businesses that are learning the essentials of good business management practices and entrepreneurs who are thinking about starting their own business, according to the ASQ.

Topics include evaluating your business ideas, understanding credit and credit to secure a business, experiences of a quality consultant, becoming a business consultant, law relative to small business, and protecting intellectual property and patents.

You can register the day of the conference. Registration begins at 8:45 a.m.

ASQ & Sponsor members: $30
Non-ASQ members: $35
Students: $25
