Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Fans at NYSEG Stadium found a way to keep cool at the B-Mets game.

It was Super Splash Day Thursday afternoon, and the stadium was packed.

Thousands of vouchers for free admission were distributed throughout the community.

Not only could fans catch a free ball game, but they could stay cool too, as hoses, squirt guns and water balloons were brought out for the crowd.

"They love it, their only complaint is if they don't get wet enough," said B-Mets fan Jan McCauley.

Super Splash day was sponsored by YES Safe Choices.

This was the eighth year the staff at NYSEG Stadium participated in Super Splash Day.

More than 5,000 vouchers were used by fans.
