Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton University men's basketball team is in the midst of an 8 game losing streak.

Now, the team will have a week to prepare before it's next game at Vermont.

The Bearcats fell at home to New Hampshire last night 65-59.

It was the 4th straight loss by 5 points or fewer.

Players say they're disappointed, but can't hang their heads because another game is coming.

Interim coach Mark Macon says he's going to give his team off Sunday for the Super Bowl, and then it's right back to work.

The Bearcats travel to Vermont next Sunday at 1:00 pm.

Vermont beat B.U. by 18 points a little over 2 weeks ago.
