Oxford, NY (WBNG Binghamton)

Oxford also returns some skill players, but not much else.

The Blackhawks graduated 14 seniors from last year's team.

What they'll lean on this season will be 3rd year starting quarterback John Wonka.

Coach Mike Chrystie says, " It's always good to have your signal caller coming back and this is John's 3rd year. We expect more out of him this year being a 3rd-year starter and we're going to give him more responsibilities and and hopefully he can show good leadership and be a good example for the underclassmen."

Chrystie says on defense they may not be the biggest, but they get to the ball. QB Wonka and running back Booker Davis are among the 2-way starters that will also lead the way on defense.
