Get Fit: Training for the Tough Mudder

(WBNG Binghamton) Patrick Wastler, a personal trainer at Riverwalk Athletic Club, gets Tim Strnatka ready for the tough mudder.

Strnatka has been doing a lot of strength based training to keep his muscles strong. He is also running to prepare for the race.

The event is an off-road run that is 9 to 12 miles long with 25 obstacles.

Get Fit will check in with Strnatka to see how his training progresses over the next few weeks.
