The B-Sens continue to get guys back from injury, as both Mike Hoffman and Mark Borowiecki were on the ice participating in full contact practice Wednesday. It was the first full-contact practice for Borowiecki and second for Hoffman.

After practice, coach Luke Richardson said both could be back in the line-up as soon as this weekend, but neither is likely to play in all three games. He also didn't leave out the possibility of waiting until next Wednesday's game for a return.

"I'm real happy with the progress and I think they seemed real excited and they want to get back," said Richardson. "We just got to make sure we're smart about it. They're very important people to us and the whole Ottawa Senators organization, we got to make sure we make the right call and they're 100 percent healthy and not just wanting to play the games."

"Being out for this amount of time, it takes a little bit to get back into game shape and it's pretty much just been movement of my shoulder and shooting the puck," said Hoffman. "But it's coming along everyday and it's a lot of progress."

Hoffman was expected to have a specialist look at his shoulder for a final time Wednesday afternoon.
