Ithaca stab victim flown to trauma center

Ithaca, N.Y. (WBNG Binghamton) Ithaca and Cornell Police Departments responded to a stabbing in the city early Thursday morning.

Police were dispatched to the Level B Bar at 410 Eddy Street at 1:03 a.m.

There, a 21-year-old man had been stabbed in the torso.

He was taken by helicopter to be treated at a trauma center for a serious, but non-life threatening wound.

Police are looking for a 22-year-old man with a medium complexion and black shoulder length, wavy hair. He is believed to be 5'10" and was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and blue jeans.

The investigation is ongoing.
