Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Sentencing is delayed for Isaiah Jeremiah, 22, of Brooklyn.

The Broome District Attorney asked for a postponement for Jeremiah so the victim's family could be present and make statements on the stand.

In March 2012, Jeremiah was convicted of First and Second Degree murder, Robbery and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

On October 5, 2010, Jeremiah shot and killed 22-year old Stephen Mayo during a robbery at Mayo's apartment on Leroy Street.

A new court date has been set for December 11.
