Norwich, Binghamton to Meet for O'Neil Title

(WBNG Binghamton) The Norwich girls basketball team advanced to the finals of the Kristen O'Neil memorial tournament by beating Elmira Free Academy.

The Purple Tornado will face Binghamton, who defeated host Seton Catholic Central.
