Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Binghamton woman could spend up to seven years in prison for hitting another woman while driving drunk last year.
Patricia Crowe, 44, was sentenced to the maximum prison term this morning in Broome County Court.
She will spend at least two years and four months locked up, but it could be as many as seven years.
She plead guilty to Vehicular Assault in early February.
Back in June, Crowe was driving on Clinton Street in Binghamton when she hit Ariel Hendricks, 21, causing serious injury.
Her blood alcohol content was at point 0.22.
While she's serving her sentence for Vehicular Assault,
Crowe will also serve 3 years for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
