Vestal, N.Y. (WBNG Binghamton) Sam's Club in Vestal donated $2,500 to the Bandera Family and Community Alliance Thursday morning.

Sam's Club has made a donation of at least $1,000 the past four years.

The Annual Bandera Family Free Christmas Dinner is coming up on it's 24th year.

The dinner takes place from noon to 3 p.m. Christmas Day, at American Legion Post 80 on Main Street in Binghamton and has expanded to the Boys and Girls Club in Endicott as well, also from noon to 3 p.m..

Additionally, it's become easier to call for delivery this year.

"This year A Call For Help has stepped up and is going to help us with the orders. So if people want a meal all they have to do is call 2-1-1 and give them your information," said Bill Bandera, president of the Bandera Family and Community Alliance.

This year 250 volunteers are expected to help serve the some 3,000 to 4,000 meals.
