Second Arrest in Cortland Gang Assault

Cortland, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Another Cortland man is facing felony assault charges after allegedly beating a man unconscious.

Marcus Delige, 22, of Cortland is accused of beating Robert Miller, 25, of Cortland, who is in critical condition at the SUNY Upstate Medical Center.

Cortland Police reported Delige and Kaywon Pittman, 24, of Cortland were part of a group of people who planned to assault Miller.

Delige was arraigned in the Cortland City Court and was taken to Cortland County jail on $50,000 cash and $100,000 bond.

The investigation is still on-going and more arrests are expected.
