State-Sponsored Job Fair Held in Binghamton

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) For the first time in 3 months, statistics show a rise in new applications for unemployment.

In an effort to change the trend, eight career fairs took place throughout the Empire State.

People lined up early today for Binghamton's career fair, which was held on the 18th floor of the state office building.

Representatives from a wide range of fields from sales to manufacturing were ready to find their next seasonal an full time employees.
