Binghamton, N.Y. (WBNG Binghamton) The Broadway Theatre League held their annual Test Drive Your Seat Thursday at the Broome County Forum Theatre.

The event has been going on for more than 30 years and is a chance for people to check the view from different areas throughout the theater to see which they prefer for season tickets.

Excitement about the upcoming season has already drawn in a number of people to pick their seats, organizers said.

"Right away we had people right behind the doors, so we're really excited that people are coming out and interested in purchasing tickets this season," Deb Ricciardi of the Broadway Theatre League said.

This season will start with "The Addams Family" on Oct. 13. After that will be "Hello Dolly," starring award-winning actress Sally Struthers, "Cirque Dreams Rocks," "Million Dollar Quartet" and "West Side Story."

There will also be three specials throughout the season; "50 Shades! The Musical," "The Midtown Men: All Alone on Christmas" and "Green Day's American Idiot."
