Wegman's Plans for Open Space

Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Wegman's had an office building on its property torn down in recent weeks.

That space along Harry L. Drive will be used to expand the parking area.

A spokesperson at the Rochester headquarters says Wegman's did get permission from the Village of Johnson City to
to add another building. But, there are no imminent plans to do that.

The company decided it should have the option, if at a future time it wants more building space.
