Norwich, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The second day of jury deliberations ended in Chenango County Court with no verdict in the Peter Wlasiuk murder trial.

The Oxford man is accused of killing his wife, Patricia, in 2002.

On Monday jurors requested to hear the full testimony of Undersheriff James Lloyd.

Lloyd was the detective sergeant during the time of Patricia's death.

The jurors listened to the testimony which includes Lloyd's interview with Wlasiuk.

Patricia's body was pulled from Guilford Lake where the couple's truck went into the water.

Wlasiuk reported it was an accident.

Lloyd testified that evidence collected at the scene did not add up to what Wlasiuk said happened.

The undersheriff also said he believes Wlasiuk killed his wife at the couple's home and then moved her body to Guilford Lake.

Deliberations began on Friday and will resume Tuesday.
