Zibanejad recalled to Ottawa from B-Sens

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Ottawa Senators announced they had recalled B-Sens forward Mika Zibanejad on Tuesday morning.

Zibanejad was leading Binghamton with seven points through the team's first six games of the season. He had two goals and five assists overall.

In 42 games up in Ottawa last season, Zibanjead had seven goals and 13 assists, which ranked fourth on the team in point totals.

B-Sens coach Luke Richardson said on Tuesday after practice that there were no immediate plans to replace Zibanejad on the B-Sens roster, but they would find out more later in the week.

Binghamton host Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Friday at the Arena.
