  • Bullpen falters as B-Mets fall in 11 innings

    Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Mets blew a four-run lead and fell to the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 12-11, on Sunday afternoon at NYSEG Stadium. Josh Rodriguez drove in a career-high seven runs, highlighted by a grand slam in the 11th inning, but it was not enough to overcome New Hampshire’s nine-run attack against the B-Mets bullpen. The loss snapped the B-Mets six game winning streak.

    Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Jared King stroked a go-ahead two-run single in the sixth inning and the Binghamton Mets defeated the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 2-1, on Saturday afternoon at NYSEG Stadium. Luis Cessa fired five strong innings and the bullpen tossed four scoreless to guide Binghamton to their sixth straight win.
