Snow Totals From Our "Mini-Blizzard" Wednesday Evening 2-18-09

Some snowfall reports from the "mini-blizzard" Wednesday evening... courtesy of WBNG spotters and Binghamton NWS reports. Snowfall rates were around 1-2" per hour at times, causing numerous accidents across the area.
