June was a wet month a wet month indeed. We had 22 days in which a trace or better was recorded at the Binghamton Airport. The grand total for the month was 5.48 inches, which is 1.68 inches above average. Parts of Delaware and Otsego counties had it worse. Some spots picked up 6-8 inches of rainfall.

While we were wet, we weren't even close to breaking into the top 5 wettest June's. The wettest of course was in 2006, when nearly a foot of rain fell.

June was also a cool month. We ended up nearly a degree below average. The highest temperature recorded was 85 on the 25th, and the lowest was 37 degrees on the first of the month (this was also a record low).
