Here's a few of the highest rainfall totals for Sunday through about 7am Monday morning... Constableville (Lewis County, NY) 5.40", Pompey (Onondaga County) 5.29", Winthrop (St. Lawrence County) 6.07, and Ogdensburg (St. Lawrence County) 5.11". Most of the Twin Tiers saw between 1-3 inches in that time.
