Global Temperatures This Year Have Been Record Breaking

Not only has it been warm in the Twin Tiers this summer, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) it has been warm across the globe! To be more specific; June, the period of April-June and year to date global temperatures are the warmest on record.
