Severe storms fired shortly after noon on 6-9-11. It was interesting to see the storms shoot up and become severe in about 15-20 minutes time. Most of the reports were of hail, but transitioned to damaging winds as the storms moved into northeast Pennsylvania and the Catskills. Click here for a listing of the storm reports, including one report of 3" hail!
