Storm Total Rainfall From Hurricane Irene

The results are in. Hurricane Irene came and went and caused severe flash flooding across the area. Hardest hit were areas east of Binghamton. It rained, and it rained A LOT! What you will notice is the large difference in rainfall from the western counties of our viewing area compared to the eastern counties.
