We've really been fortunate to have had warm temperatures on Halloween over the last several years. This year will be different as the forecast calls for a high of 46. Just remember... it could always be worse.
The last time we had a chilly Halloween was back in 2002, when the high temperature was 43 degrees. Since that time we have had highs above the 60 degree mark! See the graphic above for more details.
This year we may see a flake/shower or two, but in 1993 it was ghostly white! On the 30th and 31st that year, 11.5 inches of snow was measured at the Regional Airport!
