The week of October 24th through the 30th is Winter Weather Awareness Week here in New York State and whether you want to admit it or not, winter weather is just around the corner!
The folks at the National Weather Service in Binghamton have put together an informative presentation to make people aware of the dangers severe winter weather can present to those who are unprepared for it when it inevitably strikes.
