Well there is no doubting that it has been a mild fall season here in the Tiers. We are in the middle of November and the average temperature thus far this month is 46 degrees Fahrenheit. This is a full 5 degrees warmer than the 30yr climate average here in Binghamton. As far as October, it was an above average month, but only by .8 degrees Fahrenheit.
