The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released a bulletin outlining how temperatures have increased over the last 30yrs across the United States. It is interesting that every single state experienced increases in max and min temperatures during the period 1980-2010. The previous 30yr averages were calculated from 1970-2000. Long range models indicating a weather pattern that would provide us with less rainfall... Check it out!

Severe storms fired shortly after noon on 6-9-11. It was interesting to see the storms shoot up and become severe in about 15-20 minutes time. Most of the reports were of hail, but transitioned to damaging winds as the storms moved into northeast Pennsylvania and the Catskills.
