* From 1 AM Wednesday until Wednesday afternoon.
* At 9 PM Tuesday the stage was 15.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The rise is forecast to rise above flood stage by 1 AM Wednesday
and crest near 16.1 feet by 2 AM Wednesday.The river will fall below flood
stage after 4 AM Wednesday.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Minor field flooding begins from overflow of both banks
up and downstream of Towanda.

* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Moderate flood stage. Lawrence, River and Alta Roads
under water. Valley park near Five Mile Point floods. Schnurbusch Park
flooded.

* Until Wednesday evening.
* At 9 PM Tuesday the stage was 13.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will crest near 15.0 feet around 2 AM Wednesday. The
river will fall below flood stage after 8 AM Wednesday.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Moderate flood stage. Flooding increases throughout
Tioga Point on both sides of the river near Athens Borough. Backwater flooding
begins to affect areas in Milltown along Cayuta Creek.
