Phil's Chicken House Restaurant, long a fixture in the West Corners district of Endicott, opened their new "Jailbird" Restaurant today in the Village of Owego at the site of the original Jail House. This site was most recently home to "The Jail house" restaurant and is across the street from the Owego Courthouse

Food was great.....atmosphere unique.....parking can be a slight problem, but otherwise a great experience.
