I just recieved a text on my cellphone saying "Police Emergency near Campus, Seek Shelter inside" So I went to cortland.edu and took a few pictures for people to see. Also I recieved an e-mail about it as well. There isnt a whole lot of details at the moment. I think its great they have such an awesome notifacation system. I feel safer attending this school.

UPDATE: Police emergency near SUNY Cortland campus. A robbery suspect, possibly armed, has been tracked to the Water Works area. SUNY Cortland University Police have successfully evacuated the Stadium Complex and athletic fields area as a precaut
