Each year the Tioga County Council on the Arts hosts "Ein Plein Air", a juried art show that attracts many fine local artisans. This year the attraction was combined with the Bank Show and held in Draper Park. This park is at one end of Owego's Riverwalk. Along with many fine artists music was provided by local harpist Meridith Kohn Bocek
