While walking the riverbank Sat. morning I saw this pair of Herons in conflict over a spot to fish. Was rewarded with this nice series and a great flyby by the pair.

Nice looking birds...I see them alot in Owego also...They have been nesting here this year. Also the white 'Egrets' have some nesting spots near by...We as Photographers need to keep documenting the Local Waterfowl.They need Our help to survive...
