Nearing completion is the new two level deck on the rear of 194 Front Street in Owego;s Historic Business District. This deck will provide new access to the recently opened Riverwalk. The second level hosts "Katies Kreations" which, this week, is celebrating it's grand opening at this new location, having recently moved from Lake Street
