The third annual Windsor Window on the Arts brought a wide variety of artists from local and distant communities. Art forms included paintings, jewelry, inlaid wood crafts, and pansky egg art. More than a half dozen musical groups performed. Roger Luther of the Preservation Association of the Southern Tier presented a slideshow on historic churches of Broome County. An international food court and perfect fall weather guaranteed a good time for the many who came to sample the Arts.
