Quacked Up Art

Junkyard Friends Amuse at Windsor Arts

Think that old, broken, or rusty tool isn't good for anything but the scrap heap? Think again! This art from recycled tools and industrial scrap, at Saturday's Windsor Window on the Arts festival, really quacked us up! Junkyard Friends creators Devin and Justin Whitaker, from Ithaca, have a whole menagerie of whimsical critters made from old tools, propane tanks, and heat exchanger cores. They all have names, like the metallica spider Charlotte, who left her Web to give folks a laugh on the Windsor village green.
