My husband and I were driving up Sidney Mountain, Rt 8 Sidney, NY when we saw this Bald Eagle flying around a road kill deer. We pulled over and watched it for a few minutes and took some pictures as it sat perched in a tree above the deer. It flew around for a few minutes and then landed on the top of a telephone pole.
