One Vehicle accident on Old Vestal Rd in front of the sewage treatment plant. As far as I could tell only one person was in the truck, he was able to crawl out with the assistance of the Vestal Fire Department and was taken in an ambulance. It appears he went off the road, struck a telephone pole and overturned the truck. This happened on Nov. 11, 2010 around 23:30.
