I looked outside Tuesday, November 23, 2010 around 4:15 pm to see if the rain was ending and saw this car on fire. Thankfully, The Oneonta Fire Department was on the scene quickly and extinguished the flames because the smell was unbearable. The passenger appeared unharmed as far as I could see.
