A trip worth taking even in the early hour of the morn, Owego's Evergreen Cemetery promises to show you a view you won't soon forget. At the top you can see a panoramic view of the village and Susquehanna River valley. The cemetery was established by the village of Owego in 1851 and at the top you will find a memorial to Sa-Sa-Na Loft, a Mohawk Native American Maiden.

Beautiful view. The peak just behind my house I can see over 20 miles. I'm trying to get a picture of it, but you know, with the Pagan Hunters tresspassing everywhere, it's dangerous. Laurie you should check out Mt Hunger 5mi from whitney point
