While driving down Rt.369 in the town of Fenton we spotted two birds on the ice in the river feeding on something,when we turned around to get a shot, the one was gone, but this guy was too busy eating so we got this cool shot.What is he,an Eagle or Turkey Buzzard??

It's pretty hard to tell, but there are more eagles around and they do like to fish in the river. I've also seen a pair of Turkey Vultures just off Rt 17/434 in Apalachin. You were lucky to catch the one.
