Local Binghamton school bus driver, Mrs. McConnell, has a wonderful holiday tradition - she dresses as Santa Claus every year for the school children. She made a special visit to Binghamton's new local pet store, Parrot Safari Toy Factory (specializes in exotic birds and supplies). The parrots usually put the people in awe.
