Picture taken last February during a break while snowmobiling near Vernon NY. All of the trees and brush were coated with this insteresting frozen precipitation. It was a very cold day.

Reminds me of the Ostrich feathers that the Owego, Mello-Dears Drum corps used to wear in their hats/uniforms. Great observation. Thanks for sharing!
