Monday, January 24, 8:20 am looking south over the Vestal Library. It's cold -11 degrees, the sun is shinning and what a beautiful rainbow was shown.

(Not good pictures - taken from phone - while trying to get the pictures the rainbow was moving slowly east. Picture 2 was one end of the rainbow; the other two pictures are duplicates - maybe one better then the other of the eastern end of the rainbow).
