At 5:30 this morning in Endicott, my husband was feverishly scraping to remove 2 inches of slushy-encrusted snow from his car. Second picture shows what had been our 6 inches of snow from the day before, now reduced to abut 2 inches of heavy crust on top another car. Third picture is what was a clear driveway last night, with 2 or 3 inches of hard packed snow crust from the wet sleet over night. My 2 dogs that weigh over 25 lbs did not break through the crust on the drive way when walking on it.
