I guess today is a good example of the "upside" of being unemployed. I have a very short commute to work. My car will more than likely stay right where it is. I have heard though that 17 East from Endicott to Vestal was better than expected. Many thanks to those who try to make it safe for travelers and commuters like my daughter.
