On an unusually sunny and bright day near downtown Binghamton I happened to spot this Binghamton Public Works road crew cleaning up the last remnants of snow & slush off of the road. This photo was taken at the north end of the Collier St. bridge near the YMCA / Veterans Memorial Arena.
