The sun was out today in all it's glory! Everything was covered with an icy crust. My mom has this bench in her yard, that sits between two lilac trees, and is the perfect place to rest in the spring. Today's sunshine made me think of spring. Seeing the bench in these long shadows covered and surrounded by snow brought me back to earth.
