On January 11th 2011, I allowed my daughter Honey Marie to go on a vacation with her supposed father(paternity not established)Jaime Nieves. We had made an agreement, signed and dated, with a witness signature that my daughter was picked up from Jaime Nieves and said to be returned on January 16th, a week later. On January 16th, I did not receive an answer on the phone of Jaime, and was deeply concerned. I finally got a call the following day that he was not returning her and I went straight to court and filed emergency custody in Broome County mily Court. I had received a court paper from Buffalo- Erie Co. Court that Jaime had filed for custody. January 27th 2011 I went to court in Broome County and Jaime never showed. I was granted Sole Custody of my daughter and my nightmare began. I have not been able to get my daughter. I dont have an address for Jaime Nieves, in Buffalo, NY. Shortly after Feb. 2nd, when I had not went to court in Buffalo I received a notice that Jaime's case for custody of Honey was dismissed. I cannot get an address to pick my daughter Honey Marie up and return her home, and Lawyer's, the courts and the police have yet to be able to help me. The aledged kidnaping did not ocurred. She allowed Father (patternity established) take their daugther and he keep her from harms way, the matter of fact she was the one that took the child out of the state of Florida on July 2010 with out fathers..

take her for vacation you were trying to set him up...he did not return her because you put Honey in Danger all the time and we can prove it...but you and you mother with $$$$$ and lies got Honey Ok.....take care of her because all eyes are on you.

yes its a sad story you tell but you fail to tell the truth that you were the one that abducted poor Honey from Florida when he had partial custody!!!thats why he had to leave everything behindto try to find his dauther and you did not let him
